When to use it

  • Outbound email signature for both LA and NL.
  • Whichever brand the conversation is happening under.
  • Pinned in mail clients as the default signature.

When NOT to use it

  • Inside long email threads · signature once at first send, omit on follow-ups.
  • On chat or messaging platforms · signatures don't belong there.

Sending as LA · use LA globe-wordmark signature. Sending as Nicole (personal practice, board correspondence, peer-to-peer) · use NL gold script monogram signature.

Installation

Set as default signature in Outlook + mobile mail clients. Replace older variants.

The DNA

LA signature: navy + gold + globe-wordmark, formal contact block.

NL signature: gold script monogram, lighter, personal contact only.

Voice rule

The signature voice is the brand voice. LA = formal, structured. NL = considered, personal.

Production checklist

  1. Both signatures installed in Outlook
  2. Both signatures installed in mobile mail
  3. Old variants removed from signature library
  4. Test send completed both brands

NL SIGNATURE

- Anything where the brand identity is "Nicole" not "the studio"
