This quote covers the provision of the following services to Western Power in relation to the Major Projects Committee:
Such other services of a similar nature may be agreed between the Chair of the Board and the Consultant on an ad hoc basis at a rate of $400 per hour (plus GST) as required.

This quote is based on the consulting agreement dated 10 March 2026 and is subject to the following terms: The quoted services are as outlined in the agreement and are of a similar nature to those outlined in clause 1.2. Monthly invoices will be submitted to Western Power in accordance with the invoice requirements set out in the consulting agreement. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice date (or by the next business day if the due date does not fall on a business day). The engagement period is 12 months, commencing 1 April 2026 and ending 31 March 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the agreement. Additional ad hoc services beyond the scope outlined above will be charged at $400 per hour (plus GST) upon written agreement with the Chair of the Board. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with clause 3.3 of the agreement. This quote is valid for 14 days from the quote date.
