Advisory and Non-Executive Director Services

Phase 1 · Acquisition Strategy: Provide strategic advice to Jinparinya Solar on the development of an offer to acquire the renewable project currently held by Pilbara Solar, including deal structuring, negotiation positioning, and due diligence oversight.

Phase 2 · Delivery & Governance (conditional on successful acquisition): Upon completion of the purchase, serve as Non-Executive Director providing strategic oversight on project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.

$400 per hour ex GST

This engagement is entered into under the Lockwood Advisory Master Services Agreement, provided as an attachment to this contract. By signing below, both parties confirm they have received, read, and agreed to those terms.
